GoControl Z-Wave EM Plug-In Dimmer Module
Product Description
The GoControl Z-Wave EM Plug-in Dimmer Module is designed to provide Z-Wave control to a connected dimmable lamp. The Dimmer Module plugs into any standard grounded AC wall outlet, and a desired lamp or light plugs into the module. Once connected, the lamp can be dimmed or turned on or off remotely via a Z-Wave controller, the lights native switch, or by pressing or holding down the module's button.
This Plug-in Lamp Module integrates with other GoControl Z-Wave enabled products, and can also act as a wireless repeater to ensure that commands intended for another device in the network are received (useful when a device would otherwise be out of radio range).
The Z-Wave EM Plug-In Dimmer Module acts as a Z-Wave repeater to relay Z-Wave signals to their intended receiver. This strengthens and extends your Z-Wave network across your home. The Dimmer Module can also stream up to 40kbps of metadata, such song, artist, and album information, to audio player displays.
