HAI UPB Appliance Module
The HAI UPB™ Appliance Module (Figure 1) is a plug-in device that incorporates the UPB™ two-way powerline communication technology, which gives it the ability to be remotely controlled by UPB™ compatible controllers. The Appliance Module has one UPB™ controllable outlet that can sense the load's local on/off switch (switch trigger) to turn the load on even after it was turned off using UPB™ control.
Note: The switch trigger feature is disabled by default; it may not work for all types of loads (e.g. fluorescent lighting loads).
