NuVo BreatheAudio Expander System, 6 Source, 6 Zone
Six additional listening zones can be added to the Elevate 6.6 System using the Elevate 6.6 Expander package. The expansion is easily done using the Source Link and Digital Link multi-pin outputs on the Elevate 6.6 main amplifier. The Source Link and Digital Link cables are supplied with the expander package, and are plugged into the Source Link and Digital Link inputs on the Expander amplifier.
An additional Allport Hub is included with the Expander package to allow for the additional zone speaker and keypad connections. Terminate the speakers for zones 7-12 in the same fashion as zones 1-6, into the Expander Allport. The included multi-pin Allport Cable is used to connect the speakers form the Expander Allport to the Allport connection on the back of the Expander amplifier. The additional CAT5 cables for the zone 7-12 keypads must also be plugged into the Expander package Allport. An additional BA-NC3 Network Cable is supplied to act as a jumper from the Expander Allport to the Main Allport. This combines all of the keypad CAT5 cables into one CAT5 connection at the Main Elevate 6.6 amplifier. No other connections are necessary with the exception of the AC power cord.
