Return Policy
 

Returns are accepted only when products are:

  • Un-used and in their original packaging
  • Defective or damaged out of the box
No returns are accepted when products are:
  • Used or not in their original packaging
  • Discontinued or closeout items no longer for sale by DHA
  • Books, software, tools, wire or training products
Submit a Return Request to DHA within 30 days of purchase for return consideration.

Qualifying Return Request's will result in a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within 2 business days and instructions on how to complete the return. RGA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Upon receipt and approval of the return by DHA, the purchaser will receive store credit, a replacement or the repaired product based on individual manufacturer policies. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of returns.
