The Global Caché Global Connect, GC4 with HDMI Switch & IR Port includes 3 HDMI inputs and 3 emitter IR ports/sensor inputs.
3 Input: 1 Output HDMI Switch:
- Switches between 3 sources and 1 output at resolutions up to UHD 4K at 60Hz
- Detects the On/Off/Standby status of connected HDMI devices
- Includes HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronic Control) which provides easy command and control of devices connected through HDMI
- Supports HDCP 2.2 (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) devices
3 IR Emitters/ 1 IR Blaster Cable:
- Includes three 3.5mm stereo jack ports acting as independent IR outputs or sensor inputs
- Each IR emitter has a range of 1 inch (2.5 cm) and must be placed directly on top of the IR receiver of the controlled device
- IR blaster transmits up to 35 feet (10 meters)
- Includes built in IR learning
The Global Connect uses an online web tool to configure settings for each installed module. Download and run Global Caché's iHelp program to configure the Global Connect. The program will detect the individual IP addresses for each of the modules installed. Select the module you wish to adjust settings for and apply the relevant changes.
