RemoteLock ResortLock Mortise Latch, Right (Open Box)

A mortise latch is a heavy-duty latch that includes a three-pronged latch and a deadbolt latch in that same latching mechanism. Mortise latches are more commonly found on commercial doors, as well as hotel and some condo doors. The ResortLock Mortise Latch is an upgraded latch that be installed with the ResortLocks and is intended to replace an existing mortise latch. ResortLock does not recommend installing a mortise latch on a door that is already equipped with a standard latch unless done by a professional.
