Dakota Alert 4000 Probe Alert Kit

The Dakota Alert 4000 Probe Alert Kit will notify you when a vehicle pulls up your driveway. It includes a receiver, transmitter, probe and wire. The transmitter operates on four CR123A batteries and has 50 feet of direct burial wire connecting the probe to the exterior case. The probe is buried parallel to the driveway, and will detect vehicles passing by within 10-12 feet (approximately). The direct burial cable can be run to a tree or post nearby, where the transmitter box is located. When a vehicle drives by, the transmitter will send a signal to the DCR-4000 receiver up to 1 mile away.

The DCPA-4000 is perfect for locations where deer or other large animals could cause false signals with a motion detecting system. And because the probe is buried underground, it is the least noticeable of the Dakota Alert wireless systems. The transmitter is weatherproof and designed for exterior locations.
