Dakota Alert 4000 Series Vehicle Sensing Probe and Receiver Kit

The Dakota Alert 4000 Series Vehicle Sensing Probe and Receiver Kit is designed to notify you when a vehicle pulls up your driveway. This vehicle detection kit is optimized for properties with long driveways, driveways with separate entrances and exits, or large property lots with multiple entryways or buildings. It includes a receiver, transmitter, 2 probes and 50ft of weatherproof wire. The probe is buried parallel to the driveway, and will detect passing vehicles approximately 10-12 feet away. The 50ft burial cable can be run to a nearby mounting location for the transmitter box, such as a tree or post. The transmitter is powered by three CR123A batteries. When a vehicle drives by, the transmitter will send a signal to the DCR-4000 receiver up to 1 mile away. The DCR-4000 receiver will then play one of 12 different tunes that is selected when a connected transmitter is triggered, allowing you to distinguish between different zones.
