The Ecolink Z-Wave Long Range Garage Door Controller adds remote Z-Wave control and status monitoring to your garage door operator in order to include your garage door into your smart home or smart security network. Once paired with a compatible Z-Wave hub, the Ecolink Garage Door Controller and its included 345MHz tilt sensor can report the current status of your garage door, allow you to remotely Open or Close the garage door from your mobile device, and include your garage door into a smart automated scene/routine to automatically open or close the garage door as you leave or return home. This updated Garage Door Controller model also includes a built-in temperature sensor which can be used to trigger other automation or security scenes.
