The Napco StarLink Connect MAX Universal Cell/IP Communicator & Hub keeps your security system online through the use of both cellular and IP networks. This communication radio module maintains a continuous online connection with emergency responders and your mobile device via a SIM card for either AT&T or Verizon's 5G cellular networks and your local IP network. This model also includes a Z-Wave chipset that enables Z-Wave devices to be included into your connected security system.

The Communicator's unique Dual Path technology allows the device to periodically (or on demand) switch between active networks based on the stronger signal strength to guarantee communication between your security system and emergency contacts. If an IP or cellular network is detected to be down, the Communicator will automatically swap to the other channel until the initial network connection is online again.
