The Seco-Larm Enforcer Magnetic Contact, 3/8" Rare-Earth Recessed, 1/2" Gap, With 18-Inch Wired Leads monitors sliding doors and windows and reports openings/closings to a connected security panel. This magnetic contact sensor uses a powerful rare-earth magnet to provide reliable readings. This recessed sensor mounts within door or window frames for seamless installations. The sensor and its paired magnet can be placed up to 1/2" apart. This allows for flexible installation options among various doors and window sizes.
