The AprilAire S86NMU Programmable Multistage Universal Thermostat works with most 2H/2C or 4H/2C HVAC and heat pump systems to provide easy to use temperature and fan control for your home. This AprilAire thermostat offers 7-day programming for you to create unique temperature settings for each day of the week depending on your schedule. The Thermostat's 2.4" color display clearly shows the current and target indoor temperatures. Menu settings are shown when the thermostat is interacted with. The outdoor temperature can be displayed when a wired temperature sensor is connected. The thermostat is designed to reduce your HVAC system's energy usage with its scheduled programming, HeatBlast function for rapid heating, and progressive recovery feature which brings your indoor temperature to a desired setpoint prior to a scheduled event.
