DHA stands behind the products we sell with a full refund or replacement on products within 30 days from the date you received the order.
To return a product, simply email your request to customerservice@discounthomeautomation.com and we will initiate our easy return process.
Our Easy Return Process
Qualifying return requests will result in a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day. You will receive your RA number and instructions on how to complete your return. RA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Like-New Product Refunds: Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate RA number will receive a full product cost refund, provided it is in perfect unused, uninstalled condition in its original undamaged and unmarked packaging. Packages must be complete with all instructions and warranty cards. Packages that do not meet these criteria may incur a 35% restocking fee or be refused.
Defective Products: If you have a defective product, please contact us with a Return Authorization request. Upon receiving the returned product we will be able to determine if it is still under the factory warranty guidelines for replacement or repair. Shipping costs are not refundable, but DHA will pay for standard shipping to mail your exchanges or replacements for defective merchandise within the US.

- Batteries
- Bulk Wire Products
- Books, Plans and Software (due to copyright laws)
- Damaged or Incomplete Products
- Defective Products Under Expired Warranty
- Clearance, Open Box and Customized Products (sales are final)
