Ezlo Water Shut-Off Valve Client Version, No Internal Hub, Z-Wave Plus v2, 700 Series

The Ezlo Smart Water Shut-Off Valve is a smart Z-Wave compatible motorized actuator that shuts closed your water main when a connected Z-Wave leak or flood sensor is triggered within your home or business, preventing costly water damage from occurring. The Smart Water Shut Off Valve mounts atop an Ezlo Ball Valve (EKBVFFNxxx are sold separately) directly onto your water main for guaranteed water shut-off and prevention of further leaks or flooding. This Z-Wave actuator utilizes Z-Wave 700 software which enables it to communicate with other Z-Wave devices across a greater range and using a more secure connection than previous Z-Wave versions. The Shut-Off Valve can be remotely controlled from the mobile app or web dashboard of a connected Z-Wave hub or manually opened or closed with the actuator's turn handle.
