The Ezlo Smart Water Shut-Off Valve with Z-Wave Hub is a motorized actuator with a built-in Z-Wave hub capable of protecting your home or business from costly water damage while coordinating a smart automation or smart security network – distinguishing it from every other shut-off valve. The motorized actuator is capable of automatically sealing your water main within seconds of receiving a command signal from a connected leak or flood sensor or by hand with its built-in turn handle, ensuring reliable flood prevention. The Z-Wave Hub built into the actuator features Z-Wave Plus v2, aka Z-Wave 700, software which allows it to communicate with other Z-Wave devices across a greater range and using a more secure connection than previous Z-Wave or Z-Wave Plus devices. Up to 30 total Z-Wave devices can connect to the Z-Wave hub to create a robust automated network capable of performing every essential smart home or smart security task. The Shut-Off Valve and any connected Z-Wave devices are all controlled through the MiOS or VeraMobile apps and the MiOS web dashboard. Additionally, the Ezlo Smart Water Shut-Off Valve works in tandem with the Ezlo Ball Valves (EKBVFFNxxx, sold separately) to provide long-lasting durability to control the flow of water.
