Optex 18 Ft. Range Microwave & Ultrasonic Vehicle Presence Sensor

The Optex OVS-01GT 18' Range Microwave & Ultrasonic Vehicle Presence Sensor detects the presence of moving or stationary vehicles and has the ability to ignore human movement. Unlike other vehicle sensors, it installs above the ground, eliminating the need for cutting concrete and the installation of a ground loop. The OVS-01GT can be mounted 2 to 3 feet off the ground and can detect both small and large vehicles. Its detection area can be customized with 8 range settings, 5 sensitivity settings and one-touch calibration, plus, it has 5 selectable menu setting options to ignore human movement. An easy to use menu with visual indicators provides a simple and quick installation.

• Detection of objects other than a vehicle can be reduced

NOTE: Always install the sensor on the vertical pole that is mounted in or on the ground. Installing a sensor on a tilted pole will result in a detection of the ground by the ultrasonic sensor and correct operation is not ensured.
