PCS PulseWorx UPB Powerline Interface Module (PIM)

The PulseWorx UPB Powerline Interface Module (PIM) transmits and receives UPB messages from a computer to connected plug-in devices through either direct RS232 or USB connections. The PIM is the device of choice for directly interfacing PCS's UPStart Setup Software through your powerlines. The module includes a pass-through outlet to plug-in devices you do not want to include into your UPB network.

The PIM plugs into any standard 120VAC electrical outlet and comes in two versions: one with RS232 serial connection (PIM-R) and one with a USB connection (PIM-U). A multi-color LED is provided on the front of the module and acts as a powerline signal indicator as well as indicating modes of operation.
