Qolsys IQ Wireless Carbon Monoxide Detector

This monitored detector ensures your home stays safe from dangerous invisible Carbon Monoxide gas. Connecting directly to the IQ panel, this device is operating 24-7, whether your system is armed or not, and can inform you of any danger ensuring you'll know exactly if and when danger is present in your home.

The detector consists of an electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor assembly coupled to a wireless transmitter. The Wireless Carbon Monoxide Alarm communicates with the control panel and can send alarm, tamper and battery condition messages to the system's receiver.

The Alarm contains a sounder which generates the ANSI S3.41 temporal 4 pattern in an alarm condition. In alarm, a message is also sent to the control panel and the detector's ID is displayed at the console. During an alarm condition, pressing the detector's hush button will silence the sounder for five minutes. The mounting base installation is simplified by the incorporation of features compatible for both drywall fasteners (not supplied) and other methods. Tricolored LED (green, yellow, red) and a sounder on the detector provide local visual and audible indication of the detector's status

NOTE: Connects to required control panel/receiver operating on wireless 319.5 MHz frequency. Compatible wireless options include: GE/Interlogix Panel (NetworX, Simon, etc.), Qolsys IQ Panel, Leviton 64-Zone Receiver for GE/Interlogix, Elk M1 Wireless Receiver for GE/Interlogix Crystal Transmitters, or other legacy 319.5 MHz system (not included). This product is intended for use in ordinary indoor residential areas. It is not designed to measure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) commercial and industrial standards.
