The Remote Control (RC) device is a unique bi-directional infrared remote control tool used to easily control and test the Industrial LuNAR detector. On one hand the RC can perform a self-test on the detector and receive data and status reports. On the other hand it can send information to the detector and update the detector's parameters. The RC is powered by two lithium CR123 batteries.
- Remote microwave adjustment enables one-man walk test without climbing ladders
- Diagnostic tools include detector input voltage reading and status of each PIR channel and the MW channel (signal voltage and noise levels)
- Remote display and control of detector settings: MW adjustment, ACT On/Off, LEDs On/Off
- Remote trouble indicator (Pass/Fail) for the PIR, MW and power supply input
