The AprilAire 8444 Digital Thermostat is capable of controlling single stage, multi stage, and heat pump HVAC systems. This thermostat model provides on-demand temperature control and an easily readable display.
- Universal thermostat compatible with most 1H/1C HVAC systems
- 4.5" backlit digital display for easy reading of temperatures, alerts, and settings
- Displays room temperature, temperature set point, and optional outdoor temperature
- Circulation fan mode for air cleaning
- Two power options: AC hardwired or battery powered with front battery door access
- Display can indicate service alerts for a connected air filter, humidifier, dehumidifier, etc
