The Broan QTXE Series 110 CFM Humidity Sensing Ventilation Fan with White Grille detects humidity and moisture in a bathroom and uses Sensaire technology to automatically turn on. This ventilation fan is ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency to help fight excess humidity and mold problems that could occur when there is too much moisture in a bathroom. This humidity ventilation fan can be set to automatically turn off at a predetermined time and the sensitivity can be adjusted. It's perfect for high traffic bathrooms, the kids' bathroom, or for those who leave home before the humidity is properly vented.
