Leviton Evr-Green DC - Networked Public Charging Station

The Leviton Evr-Green DC Networked Public Charging Station is a Level 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Station capable of charging EVs up to 25% more efficiently than a Level 2 charging station. The station is capable of pairing with a second DC charging station to utilize smart power sharing and power allocation protocols to determine how much energy is allotted to each station in order to deliver flexible fast charging to two vehicles at a time and prevent outages. When paired with a second DC charging station, charging outputs are optimized for both stations to increase the charging efficiency over Level 2 charging stations from 25% to up to 40%.

The Evr-Green DC's has a touchscreen LCD screen that lets drivers and owners pay for charging, review instructions and charging status, and watch promotions. Each station includes a built-in RFID reader for tap-and-go payment or quick connection to a user's ChargePoint account. A wide-format LED display near the top of the station informs nearby drivers of the station's availability and status at a distance. The station's built-in cable management system provides extra reach while keeping cables off the ground with an automatic retracting assembly.

Each Evr-Green DC station contains two swappable AC to DC Power Modules. This innovative design ensures that if one module malfunctions or stops working, the station remains operational. The Evr-Green DC is compatible with battery packs rated from 200V to 1000V, ensuring both legacy and future electric vehicles can always be charged. The station includes CCS1 and CHAdeMO ports to ensure support for current and future EV standards for both US and international vehicles and electrical grids.

The Leviton DC Charging Station utilizes ChargePoint Network Services to provide remote monitoring and intelligent diagnostics to owners and utility companies to prevent station outages, eliminating driver frustration.

The ChargePoint App for iOS and Android allows users to interact with the Leviton Evr-Green DC Level 3 Networked Charging Station. From the app, users can locate nearby ChargePoint stations and their availability, pay for charging their EV, receive notifications when charging is complete, and manage their account.
