NuTone Overture Smart Air Quality Monitor Room Sensor

The Overture Room Sensor tells your Overture Wall Control device to activate your home's fresh air system when the Room Sensor detects a rise in indoor air pollution. The Room Sensor automatically detects temperature, humidity, tVOC's (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), PM2.5 (Particle Matter) and CO2 within a single room and triggers your Overture Wall Control to turn on your ventilation devices to replace stale and polluted air with fresh, clean air.

Overture™ is the first fully-automated fresh air system to use sophisticated sensor technology to monitor your home's indoor air quality. When it detects a rise in indoor air pollution caused by increased humidity, temperature, VOCs, smoke, carbon dioxide and small particles (sometimes referred to as PM2.5), the system will automatically turn on the nearest ventilation fan to eliminate the pollutant while simultaneously bringing in fresh, clean air from outside. The whole Overture system is easily set up and controlled from your mobile device using the Overture app.
