NuTone Overture Smart Air Quality Wall Control

The Overture™ Smart Wall Control is a fan controller with built-in sensors that connects to ventilation fans in rooms such as the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. When indoor air quality deteriorates due to changes in temperature, humidity, tVOC's or CO2 levels, the Wall Control will automatically turn on the connected ventilation fan or range hood until air quality is improved. The Wall Control also offers the functionality of a standard wall control, meaning you can turn on and off your ventilation fan at will.

Overture™ is the first fully-automated fresh air system to use sophisticated sensor technology to monitor your home's indoor air quality. When it detects a rise in indoor air pollution caused by increased humidity, temperature, VOCs, smoke, carbon dioxide and small particles (sometimes referred to as PM2.5), the system will automatically turn on the nearest ventilation fan to eliminate the pollutant while simultaneously bringing in fresh, clean air from outside. The whole Overture system is easily set up and controlled from your mobile device.

• Works with MOST Broan-NuTone bath fan, ventilation fan, or ADA compliant range hood
• Colored LED light indicator turns from green to yellow to red to indicate it senses poor IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)
