Product Description
The Optex Universal Wireless-Ready Gate & Patio Dual PIR Detector is an advanced motion sensor capable of monitoring movement with an adjustable 16.5' x 3'3" or 6.7" x 1'1.5" field of coverage. This detector utilizes dual PIR technology for verification and intelligent size judging to only report movement of subjects large enough to enter the sensor's dual PIR zones simultaneously, such as people, large animals, etc. This prevents unnecessary false alarms triggered by weather conditions and small animals. With its built-in bracket that enables 190° rotation, the FTN-R-PT is ideal for residential and small business applications.
- Dual Motion Detection Zones: QXI sensors emit two PIRs zones to track movement. When a subject enters both zones at the same time, the sensor notifies you.
- Reduce/Eliminate False Alarms: Dual motion detection zones reduces the likelihood of false alarms caused by other motion sensors noticing small objects entering the monitored area
