RYSE SmartShade with RYSE BatteryPack

The RYSE SmartShade with RYSE BatteryPack is a kit including the RYSE SmartShade and the RYSE BatteryPack. Together these devices provide wire-free motorized operation of a pull chain controlled window shade or drape.

The RYSE SmartShade adds motorized control of your pull chain operated window shades or blinds without the need for expensive installation or new window coverings. The SmartShade fits directly onto a plastic or metal beaded chain and mounts onto a nearby wall and can be controlled using the local buttons or remotely via Bluetooth connections and the RYSE app. With the separate purchase of the RYSE SmartBridge, a SmartShade can be included into an Internet connected smart home system and programmed to open and close your window coverings on a timed schedule or as part of a preprogrammed scene. Voice control compatibility, device groupings with up to 10 total SmartShade, and more are also available through the RYSE SmartBridge.

The RYSE BatteryPack replaces the wired power adapter included with the RYSE SmartShade to offer a wire-free setup. The RYSE BatteryPack provides 3 to 6 months of operation on a single charge and fully recharges in 6 hours. The RYSE BatteryPack easily attaches and detaches to the bottom of the SmartShade without falling off.

The RYSE SmartShade with RYSE BatteryPack instantly gives you the choice between wired and wireless power options for your RYSE SmartShades. When purchased individually, the RYSE SmartShade only includes a wired power adapter, limiting the locations you can attach the SmartShade.

RYSE App:

Remotely control your SmartShades with the RYSE App for iOS and Android. On its own, the RYSE App connects your smart device to a single SmartShade using Bluetooth wireless communication for on-demand control of your SmartShade. The RYSE SmartBridge unlocks additional features and control options to one or more SmartShade. Each SmartBridge can wirelessly connect to up to 10 SmartShades which can be configured to operate in 1 or more groups or individually. Features unlocked by the SmartBridge include smart home inclusion and scheduled routines, Wi-Fi remote control, and voice control compatibility.
