The Sensative Strips Drip Z-Wave 800 Water Leak & Temperature Sensor is a Z-Wave Plus 800 multi-sensor that detects water leaks and extreme temperatures and reports to connected Z-Wave gateways and controllers. Its unique minimal design allows it to be placed in locations that other leak sensors cannot reach. It can be added to a Z-Wave network and communicate with nearly any Z-Wave device within the network up to 1640 ft (500 m) away.

Z-Wave Plus v3 compatible devices include advanced features, including up to 10 years of battery life, wireless range up to 1640 ft (500 m) across the Z-Wave network, faster operation due to greater memory, and S2 Smart Start and Secure Vault security encryption.
