Resideo L5 Wi-Fi Actuator and NPT Ball Valve

The Resideo L5 Wi-Fi Actuator and NPT Ball Valve offers a seamless solution for protecting your home from costly water damage. The Wi-Fi Actuator installs onto your home"s water main and will automatically shut off water flow at the first sign of a water leak. It detects water leaks with the 5ft. Water Leak Detector Cable that connects to the actuator or with a Resideo L1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector (sold separately) that can be placed in other areas of your home that are prone to leaks such as under sinks, washing machines, water heaters, bathroom toilets, or other appliances that may cause a water leak. The Resideo L5 Actuator connects to your home"s Wi-Fi Network and can be monitored and controlled via the Resideo App for iOS and Android devices.

The L5 Wi-Fi Actuator comes with a mechanical valve override handle that can be used in case of an emergency. The power button can also be used to open/close the valve and to initiate Bluetooth signal broadcasting or to make a factory reset. The actuator has a connectivity LED and a valve status LED, as well as a 15V power input, auxiliary input for the sensing rope, an ISO flange valve interface, and an actuator output. The Resideo L5 Actuator is available in NPT Ball Valve sizes of 1", 1/2", 1-1/4", and 3/4".
