The Resideo L5 Wi-Fi Actuator with L1 Leak Detector and NPT Ball Valve offers a seamless solution for protecting your home from costly water damage. Designed for easy integration with other smart home devices, this Wi-Fi-enabled system offers peace of mind, ensuring your home is safeguarded against potential leaks. The Wi-Fi Actuator installs onto your home"s water main and will automatically shut off water flow at the first sign of a water leak. The included 5ft. Water Leak Detector Cable connects to the actuator and with the included Resideo L1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector that can be placed in areas of your home that are prone to leaks such as under a sink, washing machine, water heater, bathroom toilet, or any other appliance that may cause a water leak. The Resideo L5 Actuator connects to your home"s Wi-Fi Network and can be monitored and controlled via the Resideo App for iOS and Android devices. Use the Resideo app to receive real-time alerts and set up notifications and pre-set shut off locations.

The L5 Wi-Fi Actuator comes with a mechanical valve override handle that can be used in case of an emergency. The power button can also be used to open/close the valve and to initiate Bluetooth signal broadcasting or to make a factory reset. The actuator has a connectivity LED and a valve status LED, as well as a 15V power input, auxiliary input for the sensing rope, and ISO flange valve interface, and an actuator output. The Resideo L5 Actuator is available in NPT Ball Valve sizes of 1", 1/2", 1-1/4", and 3/4".

The included L1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector provides visual and audible alerts because it"s designed with a built-in LED and 100 dBA alarm. Attached to the L1 is a 5 foot cable sensor that uses its entire length to detect water leaks. Up to 30 L1 Leak Detectors can be paired with one L5 Actuator so you can expand water leak coverage to multiple locations in your home. Additionally, you can reuse the 5 foot cable sensor after it has detected water by allowing it to completely dry before reconnecting it to the detector.
