The ABB Welcome IP Touch 7 In. LAN + WiFi Interface with Induction Loop acts as the central control panel of the ABB-Welcome IP system. This new iteration of ABB's touchscreen video station combines access and functionality of all ABB product lines (free@home, Welcome Ip, and KNX) into a single unified system. In addition to providing A/V communication with Welcome IP Indoor and Outdoor Stations, the Welcome IP Touch Station includes automation, security, and access control functions around your home using various ABB devices, all through powered ethernet (PoE) and WiFi connections.
The Welcome IP Touch 7" Station connects your router or network switch using a single PoE ethernet connection to communicate with smart light switches, fan controllers, outdoor stations, surveillance cameras, indoor units over wired or wireless connections. The station's speaker and microphone supply intercom functionality while the fully programmable touchscreen simplifies control over access control and security functions within and around your home. The Touch Station can support 8 pages with up to 64 programmed controls, automated scenes, and security options.
The Welcome IP Touch 7" Station can be installed in single-family homes or multi-unit residential or commercial buildings. Multiple ABB-Welcome IP Touch 7" Stations can be added to a single network in order to build room-to-room and/or broadcast communications. If there are multiple IP Touch 7 stations within one system, one must be programmed as the master station, and the others as subsidiary stations.
